Has Anyone Tried Wholemeal Chapatti Flour?
I've been meaning to make the switch and try being a little healthier. Only problem is Tesco only sell their wholemeal in 10 kg bags so if I don't like it there a lot of flour to bin!
So has anyone tried wholemeal chapatti flour and liked/disliked it? how does it compare to medium flour? Is it as easy as changing from white bread to brown?
