Bad Day? What Do You Do After?

Other

What do you do when you had a really bad day and you need to cheer yourself up? I always do the classic hot bath, glass of wine, chocolate or ice cream etc. but sometimes that's not enough 🤗I'm wondering if some of you have better way of dealing with things?!

Exercise helps me, whether it be a long walk or something that requires punching something to work out the stresses and strains in life. Sometimes i take a nap - curl up into a ball and let my dreams take me away 😜

This sounds like a very good plan to get rid of all of the stress 😃I would definitely try it out next time I have a bad day 😉

Marlena let's hope you don't have many bad days ahead, but if you do, it's just another way to tell you that the other days you have had were excellent 👍

When I am having a bad day I like to spend more time on LD catching up on all the latest comps and deals. Yes, I am addicted. 🙂

I like to come here after a bad day, I totally enjoy it too but I tend to look more in a deals section, which make me spend spend spend 😂so in the end I don't feel better at all 😜

I sleep! Although I think that is just default as a new mummy! Before I would have had a bath, listened to some music and read.

Yes it could be a default 😂I remember when I was a new mummy! I was able to sleep anywhere, anytime and at any position 😊My boys are now 9 and 2 and it got much better and I no longer suffer the lack of sleep 😴

Well after a bad day...a good smashing with the other half in the bedroom does me wonders... It's scientifically proven by doctors to improve blood circulation and releases feel good endorphins...

Bath and book is always good but I do love losing myself in a good film.

If the person had a bad day and it was his/her own fault, then that needs to be analyzed and made sure it doesn't happen or that it happens as little as possible.

Once that's done, do something that you enjoy to take the pressure off.
