Batch Cooking and Healthy Snacks

Does anyone else batch cook? It's something I have started doing recently for the family. To be honest it's so I know they are eating something healthy and balanced. I am avoiding heavily processed foods and limiting red meat as much as possible.
I haven't quite mastered snacks yet though. Can anyone recommend balanced baked snacks etc that I can prepare in advance and freeze?
Look at the way well for less recipes page on the BBC. They have oat bars/breakfast bars, vegetable scones, egg and bacon bites. Really quick and easy to make.
