Batch Cooking and Healthy Snacks

Does anyone else batch cook? It's something I have started doing recently for the family. To be honest it's so I know they are eating something healthy and balanced. I am avoiding heavily processed foods and limiting red meat as much as possible.
I haven't quite mastered snacks yet though. Can anyone recommend balanced baked snacks etc that I can prepare in advance and freeze?
Look at the way well for less recipes page on the BBC. They have oat bars/breakfast bars, vegetable scones, egg and bacon bites. Really quick and easy to make.
We are on slimming world and we batch cook. Theres some great recipes and ideas on pinch of nom. We usually make a massive bolognese, lasagne, curry, stew, chilli etc so weve got things that are easy on a busy night so we stay on track and dont order a takeaway
