To Bee or Not to Bee ---

--Snared in a venus flytrap
I watched this amazing video yesterday and was fascinated how the venus flytrap managed to catch so many wasps, and the other wasps were trying to get each other out in desperation
Aww felt sorry for the bee when it got enclosed inside the trap. I loved how the others bees showed their Bee-manity by trying and get their mate out
My thoughts too .... I detest flies and don't trust spiteful wasps .... maybe unfairly, but that's how I see them after being stung.
Yellowjackets are NOT bees - they're wasps. (but not all wasps are yellowjackets). They're closely related to hornets.

That should stop people sympathising with them
(it might also stop all the puns based on bee).
Thanks D, I will try to bee have , i wasp not sympathising with them , but i will stop with the puns, i have run out anyway , cheers
TerenceMealing It WASP erhaps unfortunate you started with the puns in the first place, you've confused many people who were sympathising with the YellowJackets some of whom probably thought they were Maplin's answer to Butlin's red coats.
I was shocked by your title as I love bees, but, of course, yellow jackets are a type of predatory wasp aren't they (not a bee).
Correct T, thats why i said to bee or not to bee , so it was not to bee , it was to be, a wasp
I blame billy shakespeare , or is that william ?
