Amílcar Cabral International Airport on Sal , Cape Verde
Only airplane on the tarmac and would take a 2 minute walk from the plane to the terminal building and they send 2 buses. 5 minutes through immigration, 10 minutes to get bags and to transfer bus.
Way out free wifi in the court and only an hour from bag drop off to being on the plane with a sandwich and large corona for snacks.

Singapore is rated no.1 in the world has been for a few years, I believe they have a outdoor pool on roof terrace.
