Best Skincare Advice?
Ask a Question
As my 40th birthday is almost a decade ago, I've noticed the change in my skin. Despite trying various products. I wondered if anyone had any great tips or brilliant products/rituals that have proved to make a difference?

My skin has got really dry now at 52. I have a moisturiser on prescription from gp. Wash face with mainly water but little soap and rinse. If it’s bright sunshine I will always use a face sunscreen and wear a hat and Never ever ever let my face bake in the sun. Always a hat or towel or something over the face. People comment on my skin looking nice when I apply all of this.

The best advice given to me is always wear an SPF even if you use foundation regardless of whether it’s sunny or not.

I have always used a moisturiser and I hardly ever wear make up. For about the last ten years I use an anti ageing sun care product on my face everyday. Otherwise it does become dry.

vixe80 I usually purchase the anti ageing face fluid from the Superdrug Solait range. They have it on offer from time to time.

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, avoid too much sun exposure and wear an anti aging moisturiser with a minimum of spf 15.
