Hi, would like to hear opinions about carob. I want to reduce my sugar intake trying healthier products and this is used as chocolate substitute. I had a look and it is very expensive! Any recommendations? Good recipes?They don't seem to sell it in Holland and Barrett anymore and big supermarkets.

It's not something I've had for a while, but I don't mind carob. It was more widely available in the past, but fewer places do seem to be stocking it now. I believe Holland and Barrett used to sell

ACR I have that bar and I liked it. Flavour is quite strong but at least you know you are eating healthier.
