So they're penalizing customers who've been with them since 2021 and have more than £500 in a savings account... This is how you lose loyal customers.

Yeah that is a bit annoying, i did get the bonus rate but wasn’t aware of these extra t&cs. I agree with the being a member thing but not the balance part.
