Cheap Eats?

Help

I'm sure most people have those weeks where you need your money to stretch that bit further. I was wondering what people's cheap eats are? Recipes or links to recipes would be a bonus 🙂 My go to recipes are usually pasta based but tonight I'm making this for tomorrow's lunch -https://www.goodtoknow.co.uk/recipes/easy-couscous-saladbut

I am disabled and on a very tight budget. And fine I get fed up with the same meals ie pasta and more pasta. So I've just down load the free budget cookbook. And it looks very good. It's nice to have a cookbook that you can use again and again. No two more pasta for a while. Also thank you so much solomuz for sharing this. And the cookbook all so looks good to. I will mix and match the the meals. So that will give you more meals to cook. All so thank you so much metrovski for sharing this. I've now got to great cookbooks thank you.

Too much pasta isn't really good either. Rice, soup, salad's, boiled potatoes with vegetables and fish, and the likes can all save money.

Plus, while it's affordable it's also healthy.

Jams on bread are delicious, you ought to try pumpkin jam.

I am guilty of eating the same meals on a loop too, I find it is just easier sometimes as you know it will taste ok and fill you up. I'm trying to be more adventurous but keep costs down so the cookery book looks a good place to start 🙂
