When Do You Start Christmas Shopping?
Ask a Question
When do you start your Christmas shopping?
Do you pick up items in the boxing day sales and save for next year?
Ive already started my Christmas shopping, i usually buy stuff throughout the year when the shops have sales
I pick things up all year round whenever there’s something I see that I know would be a good gift for someone. I tend to start looking more seriously from the middle of the year onwards though as I don’t have space to store a lot.
Yeah I buy all year round. As price generally go up at xmas. Even the black Friday deals aren't really deals.
This year I'm so far behind it's unreal normally finished all grandkids by September just getting out of the house is a nightmare at the min so it might just be money for them what I've saved
Yeah definitely! I would of been more prepared but I can't go and find the deals in store
Never shop on Boxing Day really, and have never shopped before December lol, since I noticed a while back how many great deals you can get over whole years my wardrobe is always full of stuff hahahaha, then I just choose who gets what so it’s been few years now I grab good deals over a year and then just give for Christmas, when all my family struggling with presents two weeks before Christmas and spending a fortune in once and Crying that Christmas cost them so much I am like .... I am going out for a nice meal hahhahhahaha
Haha I do this! I do last little bits in December, but it feels so great to not worry about it!
I can't be bothered with Christmas until it's Christmas. So I get things late, like 20th, 21st...
I have started, if I see any good deals I tend to buy them and put them by and try to do most of my shopping online
When the children were younger I used to pick up bargains through the year, now they are older I get something they want at Christmas.
I pick up some stocking fillers in the boxing day and January sales and then I don't tend to start Christmas until after my daughters birthday in July.
If I can avoid it, I try not to pay full price for every gift I purchase
AimeeLea couldnt agree more. I dont like paying full price for something either unless i really have 2
