  1. Good hand hygiene
  2. Have alcohol hand gel with you at all times
  3. Avoid people who are poorly
  4. Avoid communal situations and places
  5. DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING....and if you do then wash hands and use hand gel afterwards.

It's all about reducing your exposure to germs and bacteria...simple really xx

Whilst that is good advice are we not being TOO hygienic these days ?

In my days we ate mud and worms as kids (not as part of our diet but because we were curious ) - No CH so we all had dirty coal fires with all the ash and dust . We had a plumbed in bath (almost posh in them days ) , but many families in the 1960s still shared a tub in front of the fire and if you were last in you were sharing the muck !

Totally from a layman's point of view - but did being exposed to muck and germs as kids act like a vaccination and make us older farts more resilient to various bugs going around ?

Seems the modern sanitised generation collapse at the smell of a non disinfected Barmaids apron . Just my thoughts .

Sleep well and eat well, topping up on your vitamins. Have as much honey, ginger and lemon products as possible

Go to the doc and get your self checked firstly. Then make sure you are getting enough sleep and try not to stress.
