I ordered something online and I paid money for the delivery which they said is in 2-3 days. I got the package today .Unbelievable!!!!The worst thing is that they don't reply if you contact them ..

Well if it was from another part of the country it may have been due to heavy snow. Not good for delivery drivers and bound to slow things down creating a backlog.

I'm having a really bad experience with costumer service also. I ordered a ring from AG vintage the offer was shared on this website. And have still not revived it
I contacted them through email got no reply and a few days later I messaged them through Facebook. They said to me that my order information wasn't synced and that they'll sort it out. 3 days later and nothing has happened. Waiting for few more days then I can claim a refund. Horrible service from them.

SalmaSalim.. the crazy thing is they don't reply when I contact them but they keep sending me emails to buy it again ...seriously?!!!!!

I had a similar problem with another company. I emailed them telling them if a refund is not processed you will raise a 'chargeback claim via your bank' this resulted in company agreeing to issue a refund. Both Visa & Mastercard have a chargeback system for things like this.
