Damart
Help
hi anyone got any advice on this problem ? there was a glitch on damart and i was given a code ? i bought something for £5 a towel and once i put the code in iwas able to pick a free £40 coat ? i did this and received confirmation that a towel and coat was on its way ? i must of received at least 4 emails informing me that my towel and coat were on there way ? today i received a email to say my parcel was on its way ? but the 2 emails i received this morning only had the towel on the invoice and no mention of the coat ? if i dont get it what should i do ?i have never been in this situation before they have cancelled my order before and returned my money not gone through with the order ?
Hi stevekan91 I would suggest maybe contact the company direct? You could also join the conversation here on our FB Group. Maybe some members can give you some ideas, but best bet would be to contact the company as they are the only ones who can resolve it for you.
I'd wait until they give you the parcel before contacting them to see what you actually get. Just my opinion.
I think if u get only the towels, you can still send it back and ask for a refund. Also on the facebook code there is a huge topic about this, there are other free gifts with other codes.
I would defo agree with advice given by Randomer, to wait and see for the order to arrive.
I'm still waiting to see if I get my order from the £10 off code - just says "In Progress" on 1 order and "Recorded" the other
hi thanks gang received the parcel minus the coat ? the invoice says ongoing ? the only item on the invoice is the towel nothing else ? except at the very bottom it says in progress ? looked at my account and it has stage one and two boxed the stage one says the serial number of the towel the stage two gives details of the coat ? it might still come looking at stage 1and 2 anyway i will keep you updated and many thanks
hi coat came today thank you all for your help ? never had this stage one and two before and the invoice not mentioning the coat ?
I had problems with Damart invoicing once. It was a normal order. Mixture or sale and normal stuff. They took the money but then sent an email asking why I hadn't ordered from them after looking at the site and trying to persuade me to. It did arrive but they were not quick to confirm that the email was a mistake so I was ready for an argument before it did.
Glad this has been resolved for you stevenkan
If you dont me me asking, how long did it take it from you placing your order and recieving your product(s)?. The only reason I ask is, i placed an order on 04/01, and the email statis is exactly the same ever since (mentioned in my above post). Do they usually take this long to deliver?
hi i think it was only a week for the first item and the freebie was 2 days after that? this is the first time i have dealt with them and overall ? if i was just ordering the 1st item i would say they were very fast ?they informed me straight away and had the freebie on the email ? the 2nd email never had the freebie thats why i ask ??
Many thanks stevekan91 - i'll sit back and wait, but if i'm honest I have a feeling they won't honour my purchase
I've ordered a few times from them and not had any problem. I would give them 14 days and then query it but they are usually quicker than that.
Thanks again Jaycee - sorry about the delay in my reply.
Ok, i'll give them til tomorrow or early next week and then query this with them.
I was considering starting a new thread, with screenshots of my order page, asking whether anyone used the promo code recieved their order - but I'll take your advice 1st.
Thanks again again Jaycee
If you have any problems after that, put a negative review on Trustpilot. I did that when I had problems with Made.com. and they responded immediately to that when they had ignored emails. Also put a comment on their facebook page. They don't like it when more people are made aware of problems. They always ask people to send a private PM or email to get it off the public page.
