The major talking point today.. the o2 outage I’ve got nothing! Lol what are you missing out on when it’s down?
So my husband (only driver) was out on a work do today so my daughter had to get a taxi home from school - she couldn't contact me with a time, I couldn't contact her - much stress, drama and tears all round. She ended up finding a McDonald's and using their wi-fi to send me a very garbled whatsapp video message. A little worrying how reliant on technology we all get!
Yeah we were very much disconnected today! Even if it’s just a quick google or a check of the emails You realise how much we need it
Use wifi - not a big deal - RIM were having these problems years ago when I was a Blackberry admin!
Virgin and BT have free wifi - your router could be one of them if you opted in.
02 runs free wifi everywhere so there really isnt an excuse not to be connected when you have Skype and free wifi almost everywhere!
It uses a sideband bandwidth so doesnt affect your speed.

An annoying incompetent boss texting you at all hours of the day asking pointless questions because he hasnt a clue.
Vacuous zombies on instagram trying to show you their latest plastic surgery sadness.
The list goes on.
I could throw my mobile away and never use it again and life would be so peaceful and i could learn a new language , skills and get fit!
