But then you put it into the WhatsApp alert for freebies that is sent to everyone? So did the retailer say you can send it to everyone? Do you see anything wrong with this?

If possible please do just use the one way to get in touch with us (preferably via the contact form for stuff like this) as it makes it easier for us to work out what has/hasn't been replied to so that we can hopefully get back to you sooner 
I don't believe I handled this specific post but we often get requests from retailers to remove posts (usually if they've ran out of stock and are unable to update their own website) and so we'll take some posts down in those instances.
It may have just been a timing thing as to when the request came in, who handled it, and whether or not it was in time to change the WhatsApp. Also might it have been the LatestFreeStuff WhatsApp? Whilst they're our sister site and its Deepak's baby it is ran separately to LD so if the request came in to LD from the retailer then the message may have not got over to LFS in time.
Hope that makes sense and I've also given you back the points for that post - it is a quirk in the system that you get points deducted in this instance as it isn't your fault if the retailer asks for a post to be removed
Ah thanks for the reply. It wasn't the points I was worried about. It was the fact that the company asked for a removal but it's still getting promoted over all the sites.
