I did my first cut of the year today... well I attempted it.... the mower stopped and refused to go again ! It is as old as the hills so have decided to bite the bullet and buy a new one. It has to be fairly robust as I have quite a large garden. Thanks in advance.

ChrisC74 The listing is on YouTube the one I gave link to was a current one most have expired there are plenty of positive reviews. The reason they are so inexpensive is they're manufactured in China. But the seller is in England. I buy many things manufactured in China many top brands in the UK are manufactured there.

selling 3 of the same lawnmowers and the seller has no reviews at all and never sold anything. the reviews at the bottom of the page are for the product !! Not the seller. Think I actually stopped members of the group from getting scammed !!!!!!

davidstockport Ouch. That was bad luck. Delivery companies will often leave parcels in people’s wheelie bins these days and they sometimes disappear with the rubbish too.
I used to have a beautiful lawn I grew from scratch, apparently if you cut regularly it was considered better just to let the cuttings rot into the soil - it did work.
When I'm expecting a delivery I padlock my wheely bins to the gate - I take no chances now
(I didn't really blame those who empty the bins - it was my own fault - and the grass box was green)
