What foods do you like? What foods do you dislike? Any dietary requirements?

Mightymoo try looking on YouTube as well, lots of people do meal prep for the week on there and could give you some great new ideas

Why not watch cooking programmes on TV? There are lots of different sorts. At the moment I like watching Cook Clever Waste Less.

Mightymoo I also like Jamie Oliver although some of his recipes are a bit OTT. I enjoyed the ones he did from home during lockdown with his kids dropping in and helping.

Do you like asian food? Singapore noodles is really quick, easy and tasty. I used the Miguel Barclay recipe which is Vegan but you can easily add meat to it.

Mightymoo there are also lots of free apps that have thousands of recipes. I like the Tasty one for inspiration as users upload pics when they’ve tried the recipes and give tips on how to make it better.

Mightymoo It's an American food blog I think. All I know is we have a Pinch Of Nom cookbook and the recipes are reasonably simple. Look it up online πŸ‘πŸ»
