I haven't been through a divorce. I just wanted to say I'm so sorry you are going through this. You need to give it time, be kind to yourself and lean on your friends. I know you are afraid to ask but maybe you should. You might be able to resolve things and get back together.

I am sorry to hear that your marriage is over, but none of us ever truly know what lies ahead.

I have been divorced and it is not an easy road to travel. Be strong, there is life on the other side and you need to believe in yourself. Acknowledge that you are worthy of 'more' and, for now, take life a day at a time. I have been married to my second husband for 26 years now and we have a far better relationship than I ever had in my first marriage which was all take and no give. I always felt alone and lonely in my first marriage! In this marriage we are equals and defer to each other more. I never expected to marry again and thought that relationships were over for me but love calls when you least expect it so don't give up, things may be far better ahead. Sending good wishes your way 💐

By moving forward one step and one day at a time. If you have kids concentrate on them. It is the worst emotional pain if one party doesn't want it. I felt my ex was the one for life. He swore there was no one else and I believed him when others didn't. My solicitor told me she had only ever known one man who had divorced without another woman being involved, all the others did and most lied about it so be prepared.

So sorry for your divorce. I am divorced and it was horrible. It takes a long time to get over and never really goes away, I still get the shivers and memories pop in my head
