What Does Everyone Miss That They Had in Their Childhood?
Ask a Question
What do you miss about your childhood?
Did anyone have a favourite toy game that they played?

chelseaturpin 15 or 16 is a good age I think. Little kids don't need mobile phones, and certainly not the latest iPhone models.
Q: What do you miss about your childhood?
A. Great weather
When I was a child I loved playing outside in the sunshine, and the long summers. As an adult with an office job some years you miss the sun and the summer altogether. It's there, outside the window - but it's not yours to enjoy.
And of course it rains on your day off, and on bank holidays.
I think you only get your summers back when you retire, or if you switch careers so you are not cooped-up inside all day.
When I see pictures of the past where I live I feel quite nostalgic, the interesting buildings that have disappeared and the places I used to go that don't exist anymore because of modernisation and new road layouts. I guess the thing I miss most is some of the people of the past who have either moved away or sadly died.
I think one of my favourite toys of the past was the old Atari VCS console, I used to love playing that and had quite a few cartridges for it. I can now emulate those games on my phone and 99% are complete rubbish today.
I miss the lack of responsibility. Life was just about having fun & full of adventure. Life was so much simpler
