If I was a billionaire I would still look for deals. Why pay a higher price when you can get it at a discount or a special deal. 
I’d like to think I’d still bargain hunt as a billionaire...although I’m sure with that kind of money to play with, you’d be bargain hunting realty or antiques opposed to standard household goods
