Do You Ever Have Nightmares

I don't usually have a dream or a nightmare. But I can remember a while back when I was sleeping and in my dream I saw a spider dangling down on top of me. I jumped up and woke up shaking my self to get rid of the spider. Took me a while to realise it wasn't real. Lol

I only seem to have nightmares when it rains heavily or thunders ( the noise must disturb my sleep!) Or when I'm not feeling well and temp. My sister has had night terrors since a child and still now.

Hardly ever.

I don’t have nightmares as such just very realistic dreams of situations I would hate so not like clowns and monsters that sort of thing but more things in life that have happened or I don’t want to happen. I used to get sleep paralysis though I have never Had it since I stopped sleeping on my back. Good old google

thanks for contributing every one. the spider story freaks me out. no wonder you woke up shaking. thankfully I don't have dreams like that

I did when I was much much younger but these days I sleep like a log! No issues whatsoever!

Not since I was a child really, except a couple when I'll and feverish.

I think I had one yesterday but then when I woke up I thought about but, yersh.. I remember what it's really about and what I need to do. Yersh, lol.

maybe you are easier upset when you are a child and things worry you more so you are more likely to dream about it

Since loosing my son i have horrendous nightmares every night without fail. So usually sleep for 2 hours than awake for 1 trying to get back to sleep and so the cycle continues. Not good at all.

i often have bazzar dreams and sometimes nightmares of cats attacking me yet i like cats

I used to have terrible nightmares about 5 nights a week. I hardly got any sleep. Really terrifying dreams where someone was trying to stab me or shoot me. I don't have those anymore. Stopped about 3 years ago. I dream most nights and normally I'm about 18-20 years old either doing my A-Levels or back at uni. I think that's the age I would love to be again so I do my adult life again all over and make different choices.
