Iโ€™ve heard some people say that the best solution is threading - but since weโ€™re in lockdown, you can use a dermaplaning tool. Theyโ€™re not expensive at all.

Why on earth would anyone want to remove their eyebrows? Age has worn most of mine away and I look like an alien, I am very fair as it is. Sick of having to pencil in as I can never get them to match!

anda21 oh gosh, didn't realise lol, the topic sounds like you want to remove eyebrows! After covid I am thinking of having that eyebrow tattoo thing that lasts a few months but so scared of choosing the wrong person to do it!

Lynibis Iโ€™ve had mine done as my own weโ€™re getting shorter and shorter! It is painful, I wonโ€™t lie but the results are great and can last about 18 months before you need a top up.

Lynibis I'm the same! I'd love to have Microblading but too expensive for me.

I personally love threading. I used to wax but threading is cheaper and results last for so much longer.

I thread my own. Itโ€™s quite easy to do. I used to get it done but then tried it myself to save some money and been doing it for years. Give it a go

anda21 if you donโ€™t know how to you can watch a YouTube video or something, itโ€™s very simple to do, and I find threading lasts the longest, good luck ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

If it is only one or two stray hairs then plucking them would be easiest. I haven't bothered about my eyebrows this year as been in lockdown and decided to grow them out. I just pluck the stray ones when needed. Tweezers are cheap to buy. Threading and dermaplaning are great but they have the most likelihood to take away too much hair. I've tried all methods and plucking or waxing is still my favourite.

Best advice is to not touch your eyebrows at all. I was told growing up eyebrows are to be like sisters not twins, i over plucked by eyebrows to the point they look like very distant relatives. I now dont pluck or wax them and hopefully if ever they will grow back.

Have you had your eyebrows done before? Do they need much shaping? There are several methods you can use at home as outlined above, but if you can afford it, go to a professional salon. Your eyebrows frame your face and you donโ€™t want to make a mistake with them. Waxing is fast and within your budget. Threading takes longer and can be more expensive depending on where you live. The results are more precise though, giving you a very defined brow. Both methods last about the same time.

I've always found standing to near to the fire when I'm burning leaves usually removes most of my hair , especially if I use petrol to get it going !! Image

I've always used twizzers, it might not be perfect but I don't really care that much I guess!

I use veet wax strips. I just cut them to the size and shape I want. Quick and effective. And one box lasts forever. Also do my partners!

I like threading but between sessions I use the below. I totally recommend it.
