Inspired by favourite French food which was inspired by favourite Spanish food, I would now love to know what your favourite English food is.
Roast dinner English fry up the list is endless I better get on my exercise bike lol x
I was in Portmeirion last year and I had quite the most wonderful full English breakfast in the Morrisons cafe in Caernarfon lol

And yes up here in Haggisland we classify Wales as England!
Loislane It was surprisingly delicious i was astounded but then i dont really eat out often - too much salmonella and being a tightarse i prefer to save money and there is never enough on the plate for me being a greedy guts like i am haha
The GF is a veggie - ever tried to dine out with a veggie its a complete nightmare!
Cant beat a good ol roast dinner with homemade Yorkshire puds. I do like a decent shepherds pie as well.
Glitterandgold Definitely, just gutted I have never been able to make a decent Yorkshire pud so now I buy frozen which are nothing like homemade ones.
Janhrrs I can make them but admittedly I also usually tend to just buy frozen for convenience. I always make the effort for special occasions tho. The trick is to make sure oil is red hot before pouring in batter, once there in the oven DO NOT open oven door until they are cooked.
Roast beef with the full works followed by apple crumble and custard or red velvet cake and cream, topped off with a few chocolate mints a good coffee and a decent film, lol, getting carried away
