We have all seen the programs about hoarders whose houses are so full of rubbish the owners cannot move inside
Now we have a car owner from Germany that has taken to mobile hoarding in his car
It was so full of takeaway cartons and other rubbish it was blocking his windscreen and overflowing out the windows
When stopped by the police they helped him to fill three binbags full of rubbish that was taken from the car
Imagine if he was a smoker , one spark and the inside would have been like an inferno
I doubt it would have passed an MOT in the UK , the only certificate they would have issued would be a failure saying 'Mound Of Trash'
