Do you have any food allergies if so how to you ensure the food you buy doesn't contain anything that would trigger symptoms?

I do but can't figure out what the trigger is? Anyone ever purchased these "intolerence lab" tests via wowcher, groupon or FB? You have to send a hair sample and they apparently send you a detailed report. Not sure if its worth it?
