Truly free stuff is becoming more elusive to find at the moment, l agree. They either want people to jump through hoops by liking and sharing their social media pages, paying postage or requesting your phone number (which undoubtedly they will sell). The most likely free items are samples from major companies who are introducing new products.

Good point, no.

It generally asks people to pay for the shipping and there are times it throws you into a subscription model which might be an annoyance to get canceled.

Use a virtual card with a specific amount and screw their trap of intentionally complicated method to cancel a sub.

Murfy80 Yep, it isn't and that's something I complain here when I see a "free" deal... But then they charge for shipping.

I love getting free samples of perfumes usually no postage cost. They are a great size to carry in my handbag.

Pjran They actually arrive? Where's that if you can share?

Thanks.

PhilipMarc these samples are snapped up quickly. Yes they are sent, I have quite a few. They are ideal to pop in my handbag.

I hardly ever bother with the Freebie section now for that reason, along with it being mostly reposts. When I started freebie hunting around 15 years ago, you rarely had to pay for postage.

I usually get free Perfume samples and I recently got a sample of hand cream, which was a decent size, and I usually get face creams too. There are lots of samples where you have to pay postage now a days but I do still manage to get ones where you don't.
