What Fun Things Have You Planned for Kids?
Ask a Question
I decided to take my children out of school last night so today is day 1. we’ve so far done the usual school work but made things more practical today. They’ve been counting change, got out and dusted off some old games. And started gym work routine. A lot if people have set up groups on social media with fun ideas to keep kids and adults from going crazy at this time.
I have also took my children out of school as my son has a condition and if he catches COVID19 it could make him very ill.
LenoirLenoir I just wish mine were young again and I could keep them at home, as it is they are fully grown adults whom I will fret about from a distance, lol. Enjoy every minute of this extra time, when they have children of their own they will be sharing their memories from now. The extra snuggles, films baking, gardening, board games etc
Aw I know. As much as they drive me crazy sometimes I appreciate I don’t have much time. my eldest boy is nearly 9 and it’s gone so quickly. I’m always busy working and doing chore... im Turning this time into a positive and spending time with them
I know, when they look back on this, years from now,for their own kids,it'l be just same as me telling them tales of how in 70's we had 3day weeks, and power cuts etc,and like when my late mum regaled tales to me of the war years with the austerity& sirens& rationing....what goes around....
My daughter still has sixth form lessons they're being done online. Her teachers have set the modules and she has to log in for her lessons on time
My sons college seem a bit hap-hazzard over this, they've set their usual project ,for their IT course that they would do online anyway, for which they've got 5wks to complete, but that seems to be it really...
