Popular TV Program You've Never Seen?

Ask a Question

Whenever I mention to my brother that Ive never watched an episode of Game of Thrones he spends the time singing its praises but I have never been inclined to sit and watch it .

Is there a tv program which everyone rages about but you have never been tempted to follow the trend?

Same as you, I've not seen Game of Thrones. I know it was really popular but it just never seemed to appeal to me so I didn't bother. Also The Walking Dead, I've never seen an episode of that. I keep thinking that I might get around to watching it some day, because it does sound kinda interesting, but I still haven't started it.

If a programme instills such adoration and frenzy amongst it's followers (and so many of them) it must have some merit and deserves to at least be given a trial.

Having said that others have tried to persuade me to watch programmes of a genre I do not like, I have tried but cannot see through to the end. I cannot stand anything to do with drugs or gangsters and whilst everyone raved about Ozark I could not stand it.

GOT is a good story with great acting but requires concentration and ability to follow plot detail. I loved it because despite being fictional it fitted my love affair with historical type programmes.

Kinda weird calling a show/series as a program(me), I never got used to that.

Colors and colours.

I've never seen Downton Abbey, I think somethings you just miss the start of. I saw The Wire & The Sopranos years after everyone else when they were repeated in Sky & it was as good as the hype.

One of the good things about watching things later is that you don't have to wait for the next series 🙂

I have never liked the walking dead. I tried watching it but couldn’t get into it. I think it’s done well as it’s on like it’s 10th season, or something like that. Either way, I’ve n intention to try to watch it again

Lots, I prefer watching films over TV shows. For example, I haven't seen any episodes of The Crown, Downton Abbey, Grey's Anatomy, The Office (UK & USA), anything on ITV, etc. I've only seen one episode of Game of Thrones, but do want to watch the rest at some point. I also intend to want to watch Schitt's Creek, but haven't even seen a clip from that show yet.
