Gavin and Stacey are coming back for a Christmas special this year after the cliff hanger 5 years ago!
According to a new report, the beloved TV show will be returning for a Christmas special, with cast members including James Corden and Ruth Jones set to be in the cast once again.
It’s understood that the new episode will be filmed over the summer.
The last time that Gavin and Stacey was on our TV screens was in 2019, when a special festive episode saw Ruth’s Nessa get down on one knee and propose to James’ Smithy.

I wish I had watched the series back in the day as I have seen bits and pieces and liked it. Will deffo to watch a one off special.
I will probably watch this - it's a pretty nostalgic TV series and of an era where there's no nudity!
Mmm, not sure about this, I liked Gavin & Stacey, but bringing things back after many years never seem to work that well . Saw the 2019 Christmas Special bits were fun ,but wasn't like the original series , in fact Gavin and Stacey now married with kids were boring in it. Don't think it's actually been confirmed yet just speculation, but if it does happen will probably watch it

On a side note who knew she was 57, looks good for her age

I can't wait. I think they're gonna leave it on a cliffhanger, they'll start talking about the fishing trip and then the show will end and the credits will roll I think
