Getting Paid £500.000 for a Week on Tv What Do You Think

Ask a Question

I don’t watch the program but apparently Sharon Osbourne has just been paid £500.000 for a weeks worth on Big Brother. Apparently she only was on a week as they couldn’t afford to pay her more money.

I think this is a shocking amount especially with all the food banks around the country.

Your thoughts please 😊

Shocking a Z lister can command so much money for doing nothing apart from talking a little bit (I assume) CBB has run out of "celebrities". Regarding food banks I agree with you 100%.

Why don't directors, tv channels etc. call their bluffs? Just say this is the fee if you don't like it go earn more somewhere else. We won't cry lol.

the only trouble is that these so called celebrities do help generate an audience and thats what the TV companies need. Im not a fan of Sharon - but she would have generated a lot more viewers. I dont understand why!

Its the entertianment celbrity world. You cant really take that stuff seriously and compare with real life an dthe struggles people have. Also there life may seem great but they tend to be worse than us. Material stuff and wealth beyond the basic needs really doesnt make you happier. Just seem sthat way.

Ridiculous, who wants to watch her anyway, I'd rather watch paint dry, she's an absolute nobody anyway, living off Ozzie's back
