U can do what u want? is that money enough for that? Sure it would cover travel and museum charges, but honestly it is not far from minimum payment and u will still need to provide photos or something.
If u can do whatever u want than the first point already against it, because it says u need to stay in that city. So it is weird. They defo going to track u, because they think it is an art form to pay u to do nothing. But it is hard to do nothing.....
Maybe they want to find out what nothing people will do....What nothing can be? sitting at home and hardcore game online and order pizza? Wasting money is the point? Maybe they should just donate the whole amount they want to spend.

It certainly sounds more like a social experiment rather than an modern art demo, as the person probably ends up cracking under the pressure of doing ‘nothing’. Sweden is an expensive country to live in, so the money won’t go far, but perhaps it will invite the person to be more creative on how they use their time? Or how they use their money? I guess I can now understand the ‘art’ aspect of it, but it’s definit more like a psychological experiment, one that the experts are probably not allowed to conduct with live subjects in this day and age (so perhaps why they’ve decided to label it as an art installation?)
