Keep it clean!!
I like to think I eat healthily and am reasonably active. I admit I enjoy a glass of 
(or ) in the evening, but my guilty pleasures are pork scratching's and cheese balls (family bag for one)! I really know I shouldn't - neither are healthy or have any nutritional value but both seem to leap off the shelf straight into my shopping trolley on a regular basis. 
I'm sure I'm not the only one - anyone else want to confess??
McFlurry ice cream, but am hoping this colder weather will cure me soon, at least until the summer again.
Unfortunately (or fortunately) I have many food vices, cheese, chocolate, etc. But I don't feel guilty about it 
Although, I'm sensible enough to limit the quantity I keep at home. Otherwise, I could easily devour far too much of everything.
Pop tarts 
They're my Friday treat & I love them! They're just so sugary and delicious, how can something so bad be so good?!
Chocolate....ohhhhh the dark chocolate, the milk chocolate, the white chocolate, the round chocolate the flat chocolate the square chocolate, the filled chocolate and chocolate with nuts and raisins and other stuff.
HAs to be cheese and crisps and yes i eat them together, nothing better than a piece of brie with walkers ready salted crisps.......to be honest i would eat any cheese with crisps and even just eat cheese by itself......my latest addiction is halloumi cheese, love it straight from the packet with Rivita (Thats the healthy bit lol) or grilled.....yummy yum!!
Takeaways! Chinese or pizza. We don't have them often but I know they are bad for me. Also love crisps, can eat a big bag all to myself and don't feel guilty about it.
Nice glass of white wine with nuts I do not have this all the time. It's in out just a treat. I all so like skittles. But has a treat. I am loving the new skittles cheques no shell.
