Help. Running out of ideas how to amuse children this half term. Weather is a real let down. Anyone got any cheap ideas ?
We made pizzas yesterday. They are so easy & cheap to make and the kids love them. We did have some fine weather in the afternoon mind so we spent some time in the garden.
We went on a grufallo hunt yesterday. We put wellies and waterproof jackets on and went for a walk in the New Forest. Searching for the grufallo as went went. Kids loved it got loads of fresh air and were tired out last night 
eyeballkerry I used to work in a private day nursery & we used to make homemade playdough or cornflour slime. Both very easy to make & the kid's loved it or maybe salt dough pebbles/shapes & let the kid's paint them. You could also make these close to Christmas time & make tree ornaments with it
