I know there's not much to be happy about at the moment but what unexpected pleasure, act or kindness gives you a lift and makes you smile?
When my kids just come over to me out of nowhere and give me a hug and a kiss they say love you mummy best feeling in the world

Besides that, it would be a butt and a coffee in the morning.
