Happy birthday to the queen 96 today. I met her maybe 20 years ago when she visited my hospital . Very pleasant and said hello to everyone . Have you ever met her ?
I've never met her but my granny in law has as she got an MBE from her. It was a long time ago but she said she was a lovely.
On several occasions as she was very good friends with a previous employer. I also invited to a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.
Aenurse1 Yes she was and the Garden Party version is completely different to the 'visiting friends' one 
I've never met her only seen her from a distance but my great grandmother did when she attended a garden party at Buckingham Palace, as she did alot of charity work. It was a very proud moment for her.
