Does anybody actually check the ingredients or the nutritional information on the packaging of food when they are shopping? I personally don't have any time for it..

We do if we are trying to cut back on something like carbohydrates , fats or sugars, we have these phases that last a short while. It's quite amazing how unhealthy most foods are, even the ones that claim to be healthy like low fat yoghurt , low in fat by packed with sugar.
