What a Healthy Salad Looks Like?

Went to a lebanese kebab place today to get a grill and was given this...have never had salad served up like this before! I must admit, it was very fresh and healthy, no dressing (so cuts through all the grease!)
Hi hspexy how did you eat it. Ive never seen that done be for. Did you eat it or take it home with you. I would not know were to start. And I think if they give that to me I would be shocked. 
Lol it definitely wasn’t what we expected - definitely had a moment of shock! Looked around to see if anyone else had the same, and everyone did, so we just started tearing into the veg, chomped on the carrots, chewed on the radish...left the green pepper and spring onion as we didn’t know how that would accompany our food! Lol
I would have asked for a red pepper and a sharp knife. Very healthy and fresh looking. At least you know what you’re eating and can chop it up while you wait for your order to arrive haha
They could have atleast chopped it up nicely 
it does look very fresh though 
I don't think I could eat it without a sauce...
We did eventually ask for garlic yoghurt, which was very nice - but additional calories! Lol
Lol I think they already think they’ve worked out the presentation, and I guess I won’t be forgetting that place for a while. Certainly not a way salad is usually presented!
