Home Alone

Ask a Question

do you like to sleep alone or do you feel safer with your partner/pet?

I never got scared at night but since dating again I hate being in the house alone when he works away, any advice?

My husband works till 4am and I hate sleeping alone, despite having 2 dogs in the house. I end up staying up really late and am then exhausted for work in the morning. Also, I keep the bedroom light on till he gets home 🙈

I have only slept on my own once since we got married when my husband was away for work. I had the dog with me but it wasn't quite the same without him snoring next to me.

I can appreciate it’s not the same on your own but how on earth can you sleep with his snoring?

Pjran after 7 years I am used to it! Plus with a 10 month old I fall asleep quickly and don't notice his snoring unless I'm up with our son.

I think cos I've been single for so long I'm used to it, i know the front door is locked. But ive never lived anywhere in the town centre with nightlife so its quiet

I prefer sleeping alone and never get scared but then I don't get scared of anything other than spiders as I have travalled the world alone lol!

I like being on my own, tbh. A house full of people can make you feel tired, stressed and unable to think clearly.

Also, I thought this was going to be about Macaulay Culkin's Home Alone. 😆
