The House That Thinks Its' a Garage

In the News

I have seen some blatant breaches of planning permission but this one takes the cake, or mick

Only given permission to build a garage and he constructed a house instead

Now they have ordered him to tear it down , which he has presently ignored

Maybe he could just take the top off it , leave the side walls and replace the front door with a wider garage door, but the fact he has ignored the courts request might go against any flexibility offered

I thought he was definitely flauting the planning laws, there is no way that he ever intended to be a garage 😀

It beggars belief that someone would think they could get away with this B

But it does happen more often than we think

I remember reading this article in 2016 about someone building another illegal construction , this time a mansion in the middle of nowhere in the uk , but hiding it with hay bales, they got away with it for years until someone from planning caught on, and they were ordered to demolish it, despite being worth more than a million

Ironically his name was Mr Fiddler
