What do you think of this?

This could only be worse if she woke up just after they had set the fire. It does make you ask - Who pronounced her dead? Another dodgy doctor...

This is a nightmare for many people and often when they have had to burial sites due to motorways or redevelopment they have come across coffins where clearly the person was scratching from inside. Actually when I say often I mean its still very rare but maybe 1 in 1000 something like that. Sometimes the body goes into a very low level of life a bit like a coma where the body is alive at a very low level. That's why its best to wait a week before you bury someone just to make sure the body has rigamortis. In a pandemic though bodies get buried quickly all over the world so there will be a few covid coffin scratchers I'm sure. This would be extremely rare in the UK today, doctors are very well trained so I don't think we have to worry. South America or Africa not so much.

ladybugncatnoir I made that figure up, there was some burial site in I think Mexico or Brazil or somewhere like that when removed they found evidence of about 1 in 100 to 1 in 200 signs that the people weren't dead when buried and I extrapolated that to maybe 1 in 1000 across the world. You just have to understand that medical skills vary enormously around the world and where the skills are at a low level many more mistakes will be made. Bodies that have entered a comatose state to protect themselves are obviously the most vulnerable to this. I really don't think its an issue in modern Britain. I guess some serial killers have buried their victims alive though and that could be anywhere.

Imaging if they still installed the bells for you to ring when you was in a coffin. Mad. I don’t see how you can’t tell if there’s a heart beat etc. But I am not medically trained.

Odd
