Ipsos Now Fobbing Me Off/passing the Buck Re: My Missing Giftcard
Other
I found an email now saying that the giftcard that I ordered and never arrived (and they claimed they have no record of despite the 2 emails I have) was from their partner site (Which is also called Ipsos - Ipsos market place) and to now contact them, which I have just done. I'm fuming. They are fobbing me off/passing the buck here. No one wants to issue me with the gift voucher I earned doing their surveys! now I earn a lot of points with them and really if they do no honour this and give me my voucher I want to delete my account, but they are one of my main survey sites. I just want to give everyone a heads up about this. If you order a gift card from them and it doesn't arrive, then you won't be getting it by the looks of it.
This is the one thing that I don't like about survey sites! If you have earned the points to get the gift voucher then you should get it! Hope you get your voucher, I think it is shocking that they do this!
I think it is interesting they claim they have no record of me ordering it but when they then sent me off to go and sent a message to Ipsos market place it has sent back an automated reply with my account details o there and it has the £10 gift card there listed at the bottom! So they do know damn well I ordered it. I think they will say under T&Cs that once it has been sent out if it goes missing it is not their responsibility. I think that £10 has gone into thin air. I'm fuming. I often wonder why I do surveys, comps, freebies etc as the amount of problems I've had and had to sort out. I turned the laptop off yesterday and gave up for the day. Did not put it back on until this morning. If I didn't need the money I would knock it all on the head.
