so it’s ‘discriminatory‘? Duh! There are issues with the entire concept of it as a competition
I realise I'm not very PC but if those are the terms of entering then so be it. It's just a trivial beauty competition. What if there was a competition for most beautiful mother could anyone enter that male or female kids or not? Maybe the greatest dieter and those who put on 5 stone could enter? I really don't think she is oppressed or treated unfairly by not being able to enter this competition. I guess I'm old school but the term 'Miss' makes me think of someone before they are married or with kids and its not called 'Mrs World' so I really can't see the issue myself. Surely the word 'Miss' is significant here.
Yes, I agree. The entire process involved in the competition is embedded in un-PC ideologies and principles. And from what I’ve seen in the past, it was just a way of showcasing attractive women so that rich men could get their trophy wives. The complainer knew she was going against the rules before she entered, so I’ve not got any sympathy for her
