I know there are a few chat discussions about this but not for a while.

I was also interested in whether people have stuck to it as a life choice? if you haven't did you gain weight quickly afterwards?

It would be great (if people don't mind sharing) how long you were on it for and the weight you lost?

I know I should just eat less and move more, and not fad diets- but I want to try it this way and see if I am more successful

I can't honestly say that I've not followed it totally but I've made major adjustments to my food choices. After a sedentary 12 months I was a bit shocked to find I'd put on a fair amount of weight so cut right back on the carbs and quite a few of the associated foods and it has really brought me back to a tolerable level. Personally, I dipped in and out of it and could never completely commit 100% and I think that, once the gyms/clubs/spas are at a safety level that I'm happy with, then the exercise will keep it down.

I have a friend who is a serious fan! Test strips, the lot!! She has lost the lockdown weight and it's now a life choice. She looks great and seems perfectly healthy but it's not for everyone.

Thats amazing news. I'm have a gym membership but currently not attending due to covid. I think it will suit me and my eating pattern. But I'll see how I go on it thank you for your information
