King Size Beds vs Super King

My other half is 6ft 3in tall so we have a king size bed but he still seems to take up more than his half, are super king size bed worth it and is it easy to get bedding for them at a decent price?
I couldn't deal with washing, you can't get a whole set in the machine at once and the larger size would be a pain to put on. I think I'd rather get twin beds than a super king.
I struggle to change the duvet cover on my double let alone a super king. I used to have a king bed but no point for one person, or so I thought, having nearly rolled out of it twice!
Is a super king longer or wider? I used to think they were longer but heard they were just wider recently. If they're available, you could probably do with a longer bed - I know I could do with one, and I'm the same kind of height.
I believe they are just wider but he doesn't sleep straight he kind if sticks his legs out as he lays on his side so that's why I'm thinking it may be better.
The answer to the bedding is a superking sized bed with 2 single duvets. You can each have differing tog values and they are easier to change AND you get one all to yourself, no stealing in the night
