Love to Slay / Taste Card

Help

On 23 September, I signed up Love to Slay and bought the tastecard to get free revolution concealer. Everybody says it is a trustworthy website and it is ok to order tastecard and they sent the product in 3-5 days but it is almost 10th of October, nothing came! Is there anybody who has the same problem? I feel really stupid 😞

I've used Tastecard before and didn't have any problems. When I signed up I got a free cinema tickets deal and was able to use that without any issues. It's possible it really has been lost in the post. Some items I've ordered in the past failed to arrive, but when I contacted the company they sent the items again to fulfill the order - there is likely to be a grace period of a few weeks to see if the item(s) arrive late.

My friend who lives in London didn't receive her items as well. I don't think it is a coincidence 😞 We sent them emails many times and never got a reply. I hope they will hear our voice and help us. I really feel bad.

Noneless I'm sorry to hear that. It's not a good sign if they are not replying to your messages. This is a link to the Citizens Advice page If something you ordered hasn't arrived. It may give you a few options - https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/somethings-gone-wrong-with-a-purchase/if-something-you-ordered-hasnt-been-delivered/

I think the problem with taste card is that they have restrictions, so always need to read the deals, some restaurants just do deals on certain days. For example not on Saturday, because that is busy, also the deals are just can be working with some of the meals, so need to read everything on the website, before u use the voucher.
