Oh, they made an African-American doll. Did they also make a European-American, Asian-American, Jewish-American, Indian-American and Latino-American?

I'm just messing with you, don't get riddled up as you sometimes do (like that time you demanded me to delete a deal I posted). It's just funny they'd bother naming the doll like that as it opens doors to political aspects.

I think the Brunette one is the Latino-American version.

I think it's the US retailers rather than Spin Master that have assigned these names. Spin Master just names them

Luvabella: Blonde Hair / Brunette Hair / Dark Brown Hair, in its blurb, but not on the packaging.

BTW the expression 'riddled up' does not exist in the English language, AFAIK.
