Cold sores are annoying, but I’d never put a value on how annoying it is - but to sue someone for catching it? What next?

I’m surprised they managed to prove where it came from... i know my partner always gets cold sores when the weather changes and some people have the virus from birth but never see symptoms until later life 🤔

I get them too and they can be a right nightmare. In this instance, the guy is using it to get some money, and I can’t believe it’s even a case. I guess in the future if anyone has a kiss and starts to get dizzy, hot and feverish, it’s time to call in the lawyers lol

These aren't simply cord sores - this is the Herpes cold sore virus and is pretty life changing. Many sufferers have major depression issues because of the flare-ups, sore gums, flu symptoms, fever and the obvious visual sores. The woman knew her condition was active and tried to cover them up with make-up.
