You chat folk know I dont like reality shows. However, if they were to do Love Island, Big Brother etc with oldies (say over 50s) it might be a whole new ball game. Hopefully they would be amusing, wise, unconcerned with body image and sneakiness and more to the point no raging hormones!
What shows would you like to see them in or wouldnt you watch?
I think that show where people’s parents tried to find love with the help of their grown up children had “older” participants.
The problem i think from an entertainment pov is that people want to see drama and usually when people have matured, there’s a lot less of that.
jms19 I totally get that but I don't watch because I can't stand the drama, bitchiness and general bad behaviour and rudeness of youngsters. Older people are still funny, wise and often acerbic....remember George Galloway playing a cat with Rula Lenska? Yuk!

When Kim out of the ckeaners Aggje and Kim, was on Celebrity BB, I thought she flew into rages loads of times. Held nothing back, I thought it was so funny to see her flaming. I like the tv shows, The Real Housewives of, wherever. They even say where the cameras were sometimes if they catch someone on lying or bitching about them. But they always look immaculate, swanky houses etc, compliment each other and the likes. Especially Orange County, though haven't watched them in a while.
I don't like them either but if I had to watch one it would be something like Love Island for 50+. I want to see less gender objectification - women hopefully not in string bikinis/scantily clad while men are always in shorts/covered up.
