Got those who practice regularly. Do you think it helps with daily life? I used to feel much better when I was meditating but I find it very hard after motherhood, miss time for myself 🤔

I have done meditation only a handful times, however as the benefits take a bit long to be noticeable I never do it long enough.

My question without any offense just curiosity: How come our own lives get in the way of something that seems very beneficial?
