Some times you hit lucky and can make big savings by using multiple deals on one shop. My shop tonight in Asda came in at £34.86 before deals. Not a big shop by any standards. However - £6.18 earned in Asda Rewards app. I used my Blue Light card to save £3.41. Three items via Checkout smart got me £3 cashback even though the items only cost 75p each. I paid using my NHS Spree cashback card so earned 77p cashback. Uploaded the receipt to Google for 18p and Amazon app which works out at 50p. "savings" of over £14! It could have been even better had our local store actually stocked some of the items I wanted but I cant really complain. Anyone else managed to hit lucky with multiple deals like this one one shop?
Jerseydrew search for Google Rewards. Its an app that linked to their Playstore. You can earn cash into your Google Playstore account to use for \apps or music/ book downloads etc. Becuse I have it linked to my location it knows when I am in a shop - and then invited me to upload a receipt if I made a purchase. Probably works for certain stores only but earns 18p credit
That's amazing, well done you! I guess lots of people don't have the desire, knowledge or are too apathetic to even bother doing this but as you have illustrated, it is well worth the effort.
Great deal hunting, our nearest Asda is over a hour away. I wish we had one closer.
oh my goodness that is amazing. yeh i didnt know google or amazon had a receipt app thing ill have to have a look at that. and maybe give checkout smart another go.
I wil have to check out the google receipt app especially as one i was using ended. I'm currently using shopix, amazon one and storewards for receipts and shopimum. my asda reward app has a total of £40.87 normally I'd save that for christmas but you only get 6 months to transfer to vouchers and 3 months to spend voucher
